Asha Global, an organization that has been working with partner organizations in India to fight poverty and the exploitation of women abroad. On the 2 November 2012 we are hosting the "Hear Her Voice" Festival where Manju Vyas, Director of AAWC, Mumbai will be speaking. On Saturday the 15th May 2012, Bikram Yoga Melbourne held a Karma Yoga Class for the charaity, Yogis Unite for Orphans, to help raise funds along with other Yoga Studios around the world for ophaned and homeless children. All financial contributions from this class went to the charity.

Bikram Yoga is beginner friendly. All Classes are 90 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes prior to classes. First time students please arrive at least 15 minutes early, earlier if possible. Wear comfortable exercise clothing. You will need a mat, towel and water - you can hire and/or buy them at the studio, or bring your own. Change rooms and showers at both studios. Arrive with an empty stomach. No need to book.
